WE NEED INSPECTORS TO COVER THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:

• GREENVILLE SPARTANBURG PICKENS CHEROKEE UNION
• YORK ANDERSON

A Property Inspector- Inspects the interior/exterior of a foreclosed home to determine occupancy, damages etc.. Each inspection will take you around 10 to 15 minutes to complete with accuracy. You will take photos of the home and complete a provided inspection form. MUST have a valid Drivers License with no DUIs. You can work part time or full time plus choose your own days and hours.

Requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Computer – Internet connection
• Email– Photos sent via email. AFS also sends out important communications via email.
• Phone fax, (MUST HAVE A CELL PHONE )
• Digital Camera
• Excellent organization, time management and personal communication

$12-$15 per hour -Breakdown: This is the pay for 4-5 completed inspections in 1 hours with the pay rate at $3.00 per inspection. The further you travel the more you are paid, PLUS different inspections pay more.
